Gaviño-Martinez is a Business Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Bank. She manages a portfolio of business accounts and loan relationships and is responsible for servicing these customers in addition to sourcing new business opportunities. Her focus is business loans and/or banking services for businesses with $2MM-$20MM in gross annual revenues. She has been employed with Wells Fargo for over 9 years. She graduated from Stanford University with an M.A. and a B.A. in Sociology and a B.A. in U.S. Latino Studies.
Gaviño-Martinez currently serves as the Chair of the Access to Capital Committee for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She previously served on the Board of the Austin Chapter of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas (HWNT) for 7 years. She is a founding member and current President of the Wells Fargo Central Texas Diversity Council and a founding member of Amigos Austin, a Wells Fargo Team Member Resource Group. These internal organizations focus on the retention, development and involvement of diverse talent within the company. She was recognized as HWNT’s 2009 Estrella de Tejas and eWomen’s Network 2008 International Femtor Emerging Leader Finalist. She is also a 2007 Hispanic Austin Leadership Program graduate.
